Day before yesterday i finally completed this book recommend by Himanshu Mama its a good book
about how the expert in each field are create by particular circumstances.
The most notable things was the  learning curve  of rich and poor during school days .

JOB LOSS JUNE 26 TH 2023

 Staffing market is not so good due to recession in America, clients are very cautious about there spending in IT Services lots of firing are due to this especially in Indian staffing firm i knew this things comings since Jan 2023 as there were lots of postings on linkedin due to this.Things would come so soon i did not knew i was applying although in good companies since Jan but all was in vain due to hiring being freezed there. Whole IT Staffing are going through uncertainty  dont know what will happen in next 1 year may be new player will enter the market and old player had to play a different game to sustain. May be in next quarter Companies will increase there IT spending and staffing companies would rise again or it may be the staffing company would transfer to healthcare and non it requirements where tech cannot replace the work.
