Failure on Indian Goverment to tackle COVID 19 and Mass Migration of migrant workers

Indian govt had failed in its motto of Sabka Saath Vikash by doing sudden lockdown in entire country they gave only 4 days for people from other state to go back to there village which results in great chaos and death of lots of migrant who are travelling by road to 1000 kms on foot which is still continuing when i am writing this blogs.

One such accident occured recently when 16 migrant workers were crsuhed to death by goods railway when they were laying on railway tracks after a hectic walk during the day they thought that all train were cancel due to lockdown.In other such incident one pregnant lady had labour pain when she was on her way to village fromMumbai she gave birth on highway and carried her baby for almost 170 km when the local polce saw them and helped them.
Why did the govt did not made suitable place for halt for the migrant labour on highways so that they could rest and continue there journey.City factories are being runned by these migrant workers who left there village for a better a life only to get this.COVID 19 had shown us the actual India
The capitalist here are not bother about the worker working in there factory they pays them peanuts which is nothing as compare as a cost of living in big city the migrant workers earning is only hands to mouth and when lockdown occurs when the factory owner do not pays what they will do wont the take this type of extreme steps.
Govt should take care of this or atleat the capitalist should atleats pays them well and cut some low profit so that if something in future occurs of this type things would not go this much pathetic.
The migrant worker had so much emotionally broken due to all these incident that in future there will be labour shortage in cities.They would prefer to stay in there village and eats salts and roti then facing suhc indiscrimination.
