 I have started mine 2nd phase of life with a new inspiration i have decided to learn coding but did not tried too hard now i m looking at some python web development courses on linkedin  and decided to take watch some of them i ll maintain daily report of what i did learn in programming today and investment as well.

 Staffing market is not so good due to recession in America, clients are very cautious about there spending in IT Services lots of firing are due to this especially in Indian staffing firm i knew this things comings since Jan 2023 as there were lots of postings on linkedin due to this.Things would come so soon i did not knew i was applying although in good companies since Jan but all was in vain due to hiring being freezed there. Whole IT Staffing are going through uncertainty  dont know what will happen in next 1 year may be new player will enter the market and old player had to play a different game to sustain. May be in next quarter Companies will increase there IT spending and staffing companies would rise again or it may be the staffing company would transfer to healthcare and non it requirements where tech cannot replace the work. Mid Cap

Mid cap share has rallied in past 3 months i could not see them as i was busy looking and index and option trading i m in the market through sip and mf. I have some mid cap share in my protofoilio just for checking the temperature in them and to benefits from sudden surge in mid cap and small cap the mid cap has almost become 5x i did not have large amount as its a luck only in future i will keep posted myself of small and mid cap share moments to make early profits in them
