Whatsever we do in life when we take some bold decision and our decision roof us that we were wrong it has lessons within itself which shall be remembered always. Ravi after i join the company has a totally different approaches towards me he although i have told every things very clearily at the very beginning that i can mentor and build a team i wants a client to coordinate and a team to work with and i can deliver the target he wants from me.Which he never did he did not gave any client i accumulated clients from my own references .I have been previously been betrayed by him on one occasion and i could not understand things clearly at that time as i was not that much sharp.But things have changes a lot in this 5 years the more i am getting this rascal in my life the more i am proud of myself and more i am confident about my self,the more i am getting clarity where i am actually lacking  without which i would have been the same clog in corporate wheels. JOB LOSS JUNE 26 TH 2023

 Staffing market is not so good due to recession in America, clients are very cautious about there spending in IT Services lots of firing are due to this especially in Indian staffing firm i knew this things comings since Jan 2023 as there were lots of postings on linkedin due to this.Things would come so soon i did not knew i was applying although in good companies since Jan but all was in vain due to hiring being freezed there. Whole IT Staffing are going through uncertainty  dont know what will happen in next 1 year may be new player will enter the market and old player had to play a different game to sustain. May be in next quarter Companies will increase there IT spending and staffing companies would rise again or it may be the staffing company would transfer to healthcare and non it requirements where tech cannot replace the work. Whats the subsitute for me then 1] Transfer my skills set as par the market and update my resume  2] Get some non it clients and healthcare clients 3]
