JOB LOSS JUNE 26 TH 2023

 Staffing market is not so good due to recession in America, clients are very cautious about there spending in IT Services lots of firing are due to this especially in Indian staffing firm i knew this things comings since Jan 2023 as there were lots of postings on linkedin due to this.Things would come so soon i did not knew i was applying although in good companies since Jan but all was in vain due to hiring being freezed there.

Whole IT Staffing are going through uncertainty  dont know what will happen in next 1 year may be new player will enter the market and old player had to play a different game to sustain. May be in next quarter Companies will increase there IT spending and staffing companies would rise again or it may be the staffing company would transfer to healthcare and non it requirements where tech cannot replace the work.

Whats the subsitute for me then

1] Transfer my skills set as par the market and update my resume 

2] Get some non it clients and healthcare clients

3]learn how to implement ai in hiring 

4]Learn more advance skills in talent acquisition skills which are not so easily replacable 

5]start your own firm in staffing and it so that i have control on my time and finance as well

2 days ago from today i had vomitting almost yellow color water coming from both mouth and nose and little side pain let one and lower pelvic pain as well. Today nifty touches 11278 i hope that it will go upto 11200 till election and then move forward. History had show that market falls before any such incident. I havve decided to shift to my village slowly with making investment in it and creating cashflow from NOIDA i decided to have a busisiness in NOIDA and control it from location of my choice wether its kolkata or matuli or anywhere around the world i would be an investor a writer and a businessmen who would travel and carries out his work from any place in the world.
