Learning to code in Python

I m learning to code i always wanted but there were always some excuses now i m having a lots of time at home and i can now concentrate on coding after keeping mine work and trading-investing in hand.
The motivation behind is to execute some of the technology task which required other help.
Now i m a learning Python Functions  lets see what i can do so in learning

 Staffing market is not so good due to recession in America, clients are very cautious about there spending in IT Services lots of firing are due to this especially in Indian staffing firm i knew this things comings since Jan 2023 as there were lots of postings on linkedin due to this.Things would come so soon i did not knew i was applying although in good companies since Jan but all was in vain due to hiring being freezed there. Whole IT Staffing are going through uncertainty  dont know what will happen in next 1 year may be new player will enter the market and old player had to play a different game to sustain. Mid Cap

Mid cap share has rallied in past 3 months i could not see them as i was busy looking and index and option trading i m in the market through sip and mf. I have some mid cap share in my protofoilio just for checking the temperature in them and to benefits from sudden surge in mid cap and small cap the mid cap has almost become 5x i did not have large amount as its a luck only in future i will keep posted myself of small and mid cap share moments to make early profits in them

The main problem effecting me

Mine primary problem right now is sudden stop of money cashflow which i was getting from mine salary pm and the emi which i need to give each month due to my job all other causes are riffle effects of this  what steps have i taken to solve this 1]Freelancing healthcare recruitment 2]looking for job in scrum and project manager role apart from business development and talent acquisition. 3]Increasing my current area of networking and market exposure   Although job could be a temporary way to solve my problem unless i get paid a good amount but i should take care of mine own cash flow and manage my money well
