What is that stopping me from starting mine firm i am not getting ideas where i could start mine company the nearest thing i can see is to start mine staffing firm but some how this things are not exciting me So what to do next lets do some travel and exploration and keep daily routine active.let try new things and let new idea come  you have decided start your own enterprise then  things will automatically come to you just be more alert then you are currently.Though i am at 37 years old now i still have 30 years of mine productive life with me and if i use it nicely in the things which matters the most for me and to others.I may be slow as something are new to me and mine energy level are not that of a young person now

 I order to counter bad habit in our life we need to put one good habit in practice and sooner the bad habits will be gone it will takes a lot of determination to change what we can do is we can rewrite bad routine with good routine .As i m reading a lots of book i am learning a lot about how to improve myself and how to  look at the world with a different perspective. I have also learnt that if we improve a little at lots of places in a sector we gets exponential outcomes sooner the time i am leading will be team with highest number of submittals and PO as well. Clear communication is must in team work so i always try that i have open discussion with my team members with the right amount of pain and gain we can improve any teams performance. How things workout and how we can arrange thing to gets the desired output always fascinates me. Its too early to predicts whether i was a wise decision to join sira or not lets 6 months pass and then we an decide that here i have an advantage that i have open hand to get my clients and have the                     requirement serves by my team mentor the team and make them a skilled professional who will playes a major role in achieving our team goal of at least team+1 po each month. The worst can happen is that i  may loose this job i can find the next company as well but there would be lots of learning and they are paying me for this. He is bringing some big team in HCL account lets see what happens. I don't know how a company will workout which is small but which wants to operate like a big company. In todays world employer needs to give more flexibility to its employee otherwise he will loose most of the excellent manpower to competitor . Today is ours 75th day of independence we have made great development after becoming independent and going a lots of turmoil within this period of time since the world largest communal riot(1946 riot) ever in history and then biggest genocide(Kashmiri pandit genocide) and world largest military's surrenders(Bangladesh liberation war).The next 50 years is for India it will guide the whole with its philosophy.  Indians are recognizing there culture which is the most ancient in the world and were there is acceptance for everyone India 

 I have started mine 2nd phase of life with a new inspiration i have decided to learn coding but did not tried too hard now i m looking at some python web development courses on linkedin  and decided to take watch some of them i ll maintain daily report of what i did learn in programming today and investment as well.

 Do we remember our past pleasant exp yes we do why not make present such a pleasant time that we never bother to remember the past good times. We made a nice house in matuli but here is some broad band issue it will be solved sooner.I had planted some tree here and had decided to plant more tree before going to Noida i had planted trees like Rath rani Harshingar,Arhul,Khadi,Money plant,Bagich tree,Aloeeveera now i m planning to plant neem tree shagwan tree and some jackfruit and mangoo tree. People i village have 2 category types one that work really hard and one that do not work hard and wants money from tricking others. I did learnt a lot in this time frame about me about nature and about human i saw death from very nearby i was ill very much but recover 

  We are now doing commercial farming in vegetable are our village the idea is to grow seasonal vegetables before any one grows and sell at the highest value in the market. Its a new business which can be generated from free land available with us. The next break out that i m working is to open a multi specialty hospital in between our house and Khalilabad 10 km radius.
